With Singapore seriously considering Hydrogen as a potential energy source for the future and commissioning KBR to conduct a feasibility study for Hydrogen import and uses in Singapore. The Association has decided to organize a business mission to Japan with interested industrial players to learn more about Japan’s path forward with regards to Hydrogen, its policies and plans in Japan’s roll out of the Hydrogen Economy especially with conjunction to the Tokyo 2020 Olympics showcase of hydrogen technologies. The Association has also established B2B meetings with Japanese companies in the field for information exchange and potential partnerships to be formed between the delegates and the companies visited. In addition, the Association would also like to take the opportunity to establish relationships with relevant trade associations in Japan. This business mission is done in conjunction with the World Smart Energy Week held in Tokyo on the 26-28th February 2020.
