HFCAS Exco Team

Noel Chin - President

Noel is currently serving as the President for the HFCAS. He started dabbling in hydrogen and fuel cell technologies in 2008 while working on a project about how fuel cell technologies could be utilised as part of a low exergy system, increasing the overall efficiency and reducing energy consumption, especially for buildings.  Since then, Noel continue to explore hydrogen and fuel cell technologies by connecting with the local research and industry community through the Singapore Fuel Cell Community which he founded.  This brought together many enthusiasts to share, discuss and connect on issues surrounding hydrogen and fuel cell development and technology.

In Nov 2019, he registered the interest group under the “Hydrogen and Fuel Cell Association of Singapore” to give members greater recognition in their dealings with other companies and associations, as we continue to support our push for alternative low-carbon energy for Singapore.
